How we approach it

Speed matters with graffiti, both because fresh paint comes off more easily and because tagged property attracts more tagging. The right method depends entirely on the surface underneath, and the wrong method leaves a permanent ghost or a clean patch that looks as bad as the tag. On porous stone, removal is delicate work and we will say so honestly before starting.
