How we approach it

Those black streaks on a roof are algae, not dirt. High pressure removes them and also removes the protective granules from asphalt shingles, which shortens the life of the roof and voids most manufacturer warranties. We only soft wash roofs. Anyone offering to pressure wash your shingles is offering to damage them.
