How we approach it

Timber is soft and easy to ruin. Too much pressure raises the grain, leaves permanent furring and can gouge boards outright. We clean along the grain at a pressure appropriate to the timber's condition, and we will tell you when a deck is too far gone to be saved by cleaning alone rather than take your money and hand back a damaged surface.
