How we approach it

Most of what makes a house look dirty is biological: algae, mildew and lichen. That is a chemistry problem, not a pressure problem. Blasting siding at high pressure forces water behind panels and into window seals, which causes far more expensive problems than dirt. We soft wash: a low pressure application, correct dwell time, then a gentle rinse. It looks better and it stays clean considerably longer.
