You own your business
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. Take our work alongside your own customers.
Your equipment
You bring your own machine, surface cleaner, hoses and solutions. That is why the rate is what it is.
We find the customers
Booking, pricing, scheduling, payment collection and customer email are all handled by us.
No lead fees
You never pay us for a lead, a subscription or a placement. We make our margin on the job, not on you.
Decline freely
Turn down any job with no penalty. We would rather you decline than rush work you cannot do properly.
What we need from you
Requirements
- EquipmentYour own commercial grade pressure washer, a rotary surface cleaner, and appropriate soft wash capability. Domestic machines are not enough for this work.
- InsuranceCurrent public liability cover in your own name. We verify this during onboarding, before you are eligible for any job.
- ExperienceDemonstrable exterior cleaning work. Photographs of jobs you have completed are the fastest way to show it.
- JudgementKnowing when not to use high pressure. If your answer to a cedar deck or an asphalt roof is maximum pressure, this is not the right fit.
- Right to workLegally able to work as a self employed contractor in your city, and responsible for your own tax.
- CommunicationReachable by email or phone, and willing to confirm scope with the customer before starting.
